Absolut Empfehlenswert!! Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus war es sehr ruhig. Von anderen Mietern haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern, von denen eins dem Masterbedroom zugeordnet ist. Dieser hat sogar einen eigenen 2. Balkon, welcher - wie auch der Balkon am Wohnzimmer - Meerblick hat. Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern kann man durch Fensterläden abdunkeln. Zur Wohnung gehören zwei Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist auch über einen Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind Bäcker, Restaurants und Einkaufsläden, in denen alles erforderliche besorgt werden kann. Auf dem Balkon können zwei Personen bequem sitzen und den Blick auf das Meer genießen. Bei mehr Personen wird es eng. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und im Notfall immer erreichbar. Die Antwortzeit auf Fragen war immer extrem schnell. Das Appartment ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert und der Ort ist auch richtig schön.
Alojamento ótimo. Sensação de estar em casa, fora de casa. Corresponde a tudo descrito no anúncio e consegue até superar. Muito organizado e asseado. Muito bem localizado a 10 minutos de carro do Funchal, mas também com atrações nas redondezas a distância de caminhada. Os anfitriões são muito simpáticos e prestáveis, sempre preocupados e disponíveis. Recomendo muito!
Estive com amigos neste apartamento entre 7 e 11 de Setembro, só tenho a dizer que foi muito bom. O apartamento encontra-se bem decorado, tem tudo o que se precisa, pode-se fazer refeições pois tem condições para tal, espaçoso, e muito limpo, recomendo. A Sra Ana muito prestável assim como o Sr Luis. Nada a apontar, numa próxima voltarei com toda a certeza.

Heerlijk appartementen complex. Alleen jammer dat ze geen ventilatoren in het appartement hebben. Naar de zee moet je lopen, letop naar beneden en naar boven! Met kabelbaantje naar het kiezelstrand. Paar restaurantjes en barretjes in de buurt. Vooral het bakkertje heeft lekkere cappuccino en gebak en......niet onbelangrijk goedkoop! 4 cappuccino en gebak €.11.00. Maar ook het brood is lekker en goedkoop. Aanpassing van deze review op 2-08-2022. Ik heb een opmerking erin gezet over de ventilatoren. Nog dezelfde dag werden er 2 ventilatoren gebracht!!! TOP SERVICE!
